Your California fishing license, food and drinks, and warm, layered clothing with a waterproof outer layer. Small coolers only on board, please, since space is limited. Sunglasses, sunscreen and soft-soled shoes help.
A valid California fishing license is required and not included. Sturgeon also needs a sturgeon report card, and crab fishing needs a crab endorsement. Mention a second rod stamp before you fish.
Most trips leave from Berkeley Marina. Sturgeon departs Pittsburg Marina. Your point is confirmed at booking.

Yes. A valid California fishing license is required and is not included in the trip price. Sturgeon also requires a sturgeon fishing report card, and crab fishing requires a crab endorsement. If you carry a second rod stamp for sturgeon, let the captain and deckhand know before you fish.
Up to six guests can fish per trip. You can book individual seats and join a small mixed group, or book the whole boat as a private charter for just your group. Ladies Only, team building and group trips all run on the same boat.

Many trips are weather dependent, especially tuna, crab and offshore runs. If conditions are unsafe the captain will work with you to reschedule. See the cancellation policy below for how deposits and rescheduling are handled.
Yes. Fish cleaning is included on every trip. Let the crew know how you would like your fish handled and they will take care of it dockside.
The custom 2021 290 Sea Raider was built for safety and comfort, with a diesel-heated cabin, a standup head, a dinette, custom lighting and sound, and twin 250 Honda motors. It is set up for a comfortable full day on the water.
Booking Policy
There are no refunds for cancelled reservations, no shows will not receive a refund. Cancellation must be received at least 7 days in advance or a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Those received 48 hours before departure date will be charged the full cost of the excursion. Weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances may warrant rescheduling on our part. If trip is rescheduled the trip becomes non-refundable.
